This application is privacy focused and certified free of malware and spyware. PC Armour does not sell or share any data from your use of this software or our website. The only personal information required to use this service is your email address.

All paid subscriptions are processed directly by Stripe Inc.; we do not store any of your financial data. While the health scan retrieves your IP address, this is standard practice for all websites and poses no security risk.

Important: The optional security scan is designed to test your antivirus software and may trigger an alert. This is expected behaviour, as the scan verifies that your antivirus is providing protection. While most antivirus programs will not display a pop-up, if yours does, you can typically disable these notifications in your antivirus settings. This will allow scheduled scans to run without interruption.

If you choose not to enable the security scan, you can still use the health scan features, which operate independently and will not trigger any alerts. All of these preferences are configurable in the application's settings.

Your unique ID is a randomly generated code, which you can find by right-clicking the tray icon and selecting "Settings." Keep this ID confidential, as it is used to link your system to the website control panel without requiring other personal information.
